Catch The Bus Month 2022

2022 saw the first year Bus Users UK hosted the 'Catch The Bus Month' campaign since Greener Journeys handed over the baton in 2020. While many people have now returned to schools, offices and social events, bus passenger numbers have remained below pre-pandemic levels.

Somerset Bus Partnership & Catch The Bus Month

Somerset Bus Partnership organised over 20 events for Catch The Bus Month across Somerset. We organised the most events of any countys in the United Kingdom.

The events are listed below (some of the dates changed due to the sad passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth):

  • Rode (Mendip) Saturday 10 September

  • Exmoor Coaster (Sedgemoor) Saturday 10 September

  • Chard bus (South Somerset)  ride Thursday 15
